Terms

• The guarantee begins on the date your order is delivered.
• It applies to your first VITAL purchase.
• Request your refund within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@usevitalnow.com.
• For a 30-day supply, you may open and try the pouch.
• For 60-day and 90-day bundles, you may open and try one pouch.
• To qualify for a full refund on a multi-pouch order, all additional pouches must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
• VITAL may require unopened pouches to be returned before issuing your refund.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Limited to one guarantee claim per customer or household.
• Lost, damaged or misused products are not covered.
• Multiple opened pouches from a multi-pouch order are not eligible for a full refund under the guarantee.
• When a return is required, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.
