30-Night Money-Back Guarantee

Try VITAL for 30 nights. The guarantee begins on the date your order is delivered and applies to your first VITAL purchase; request a refund within 30 days of delivery by emailing us. For a 30-night supply, you may open and try the pouch. For 60-night and 90-night bundles, you may open and try one pouch; any additional pouches must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund, and multiple opened pouches from a multi-pouch order are not covered by the full money-back guarantee. VITAL may require unopened pouches to be returned before issuing a refund; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Limited to one guarantee claim per customer or household. Products that are lost, damaged or misused are not covered. When a return is required, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
